Saine-Summers Insurance Agency was founded in 1984, when Bill Summers and Mike Saine merged the Kessler-Westcott and Summers agencies. These two agencies have a long history in this community dating back to the late twenties. Saine-Summers is proud to continue honoring their strong commitment to the people of Peru/Miami County.

Our philosophy is simple. Our success is based on traditional values and solid personal relationships. We understand the needs of our friends in the Peru/Miami County community. We improve our clients' business and personal lives by structuring excellent programs and obtaining cost-effective coverage.

Our names are on the door.

We named our agency Saine-Summers to show that we are totally and personally committed to bringing individualized, quality insurance to the Peru/Miami County area. That commitment is further demonstrated by our active leadership in local
organizations.

Bill was president of Kiwanis and of the Grissom Community Council. He currently sits on the boards of Mt. Hope Cemetery, First Federal Savings Bank, Peru Division, and the Bryan Steam Corporation.

Mike is a past president of Rotary and a former director of the Peru Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a former director of the Circus City Festival. He serves on the YMCA Board of Directors and promotes YMCA and Peru High School tennis whenever possible. He is a United States Air Force veteran, a past deacon and trustee for his church.
